The DoC agreed to initiate a new inquiry on June 30, 2023.
Previously, the DoC found that “unfinished” blends of R-32 and R-125 from China were circumventing the existing antidumping orders in place since 2016. Customers should continue to purchase their products from a reputable refrigerant producer, such as Arkema.
